Initially, we were only getting a few estimates for gutter installation. Before that, some other roofing companies had come by our door offering free roof damage evaluations, using drones to take photos. They'd show us a handful of photos — maybe six — of minor-looking dents or exposed nails. Nothing that made us feel a new roof was necessary. Then Guillermo came out to give us the gutter estimate, and he actually got on the roof himself to inspect it. He came down with dozens of photos showing damage our roof had that the others hadn't caught. I asked why he'd even inspected the roof when all we wanted was gutters — he explained that, given how the gutter installation process works, it made sense to redo the roofing first, before putting on new gutters. Our insurance company agreed with his assessment of the damage and approved the claim. From day one, it was a pleasure working with everyone at Salvador Roofing & Restoration. They were on top of things and communicative whenever we had questions or concerns — we never had a single issue the entire way through. The process was easy, and their scheduling was fantastic. We are so incredibly happy with our new roof and gutters and the service they provided. They handled everything for us, including getting HOA approval.
